Physician-Administered Botulinum Toxin and Dermal Fillers
Whats Sets Us Apart...
Most aesthetic injections happen in medical spas - where a physician's name is on the wall but rarely in the room.
At our practice, every injection is performed by Dr. Goldstein himself.
What is Botulinum Toxin?
Botulinum toxin (commercially available as Botox®, Dysport®, and Xeomin®) is an FDA-approved neuromodulator that temporarily relaxes targeted facial muscles. When placed precisely, it softens dynamic wrinkles - the lines created by years of expression - without freezing your face or erasing what makes you you.
What are commonly treated areas?

What to expect
Consultation first. Before anything is injected, Dr. Goldstein takes the time to understand your goals, assess your facial anatomy, and discuss realistic outcomes. You'll never be rushed into a treatment plan.
The treatment itself takes 15-30 minutes. A series of small, precise injections are placed using ultra-fine needles. Most patients describe minimal discomfort - comparable to a slight pinch.
Results typically appear within 3-7 days, with full effect visible at 2 weeks. Duration varies by individual, generally lasting 3-4 months.
No downtime. Most patients return to normal activity the same day.
