About Me

Dr. Benjamin Goldstein is an Internist, Geriatrician, and Palliative Medicine physician dedicated to providing compassionate individualized care to older adults and their families.

He has over 10 years of experience and is Board Certified in all 3 specialties.

He began his academic journey in medicine starting with a medical degree from the American University of Antigua graduating Summa Cum Laude with a 4.0 GPA

Driven by a deep interest in the unique medical needs of aging adults, Dr. Goldstein pursued advanced fellowship training in Geriatrics, followed by an additional fellowship in Palliative Care.

This specialized training allows him to care for patients with complex medical conditions while focusing on quality of life, comfort, and thoughtful long-term health planning

While serving at UPMC Western Maryland, he founded and led a successful palliative care program, helping expand access to compassionate, supportive care for patients and families throughout the community.

Most recently he works as the Medical Director for Palliative Care services at Greater Baltimore Medical Center.
