Included in your paid monthly or annual membership:

• 24/7 virtual access to a physician

• Same or next day sick appointments

• New or follow up appointments within one week

• Expedited home and out of office visits for an additional fee

• Saturday and Sunday expedited visits by appointment only

If you are not interested in our Direct Primary Care model our practice will still be accepting various insurance plans at the present time
