1. What is concierge medicine?
Concierge medicine is a membership-based approach to primary care designed around a smaller patient panel, allowing for more time, greater accessibility, and a closer relationship with your physician.
2. Do I still need health insurance?
Yes. Concierge membership does not replace health insurance or Medicare. We recommend that patients maintain their health insurance coverage for medical services, prescriptions, laboratory testing, imaging, specialist care, hospital care, and other covered healthcare services.
When applicable, covered medical services provided by our practice are billed separately to Medicare or your health insurance. The concierge membership fee is separate and covers noncovered services and amenities associated with the concierge experience.
Patients remain responsible for applicable deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, and other permitted out-of-pocket costs.
3. What is included in my membership?
The concierge membership provides noncovered services and amenities designed to create a more personalized healthcare experience, including a comprehensive routine annual physical, personalized wellness planning, and other noncovered wellness and administrative services.
The practice also maintains a deliberately smaller patient panel, allowing for a more personal and accessible physician-patient relationship.
Medicare- or insurance-covered medical services are not included in the membership fee and are billed separately when applicable.
4. How quickly can I get an appointment?
Our intentionally limited patient panel allows us to offer same- or next-day appointments whenever possible.
We also offer expanded scheduling availability and longer appointment times so visits can feel thorough rather than rushed.
5. Will I have direct access to Dr. Goldstein?
Yes. Our concierge practice is designed to provide members with greater access to Dr. Goldstein and convenient communication when questions or concerns arise.
Members may communicate directly with Dr. Goldstein, including outside traditional office hours when appropriate.
6. Do you accept Medicare and health insurance
Yes. Dr. Goldstein participates with Medicare and select health insurance plans.
When applicable, covered medical services are billed to Medicare or your insurance separately from the concierge membership.
You remain responsible for any applicable deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, or other permitted cost-sharing
The concierge membership fee is separate from your insurance coverage and applies to noncovered services and amenities.
7. How do I become a member?
Schedule an introductory consultation. We'll discuss your healthcare goals, answer your questions, and determine whether our practice is the right fit.
8. Do members receive any additional benefits?
