A different approach to healthcare — where relationships matter.
About Dr. Goldstein
Dr. Benjamin S. Goldstein is board certified in Internal Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, and Palliative Medicine. After graduating Summa Cum Laude from the American University of Antigua, he completed residency at Brooklyn One and fellowship training in Geriatrics and Palliative Care at New York Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital and Jamaica Hospital before going on to build and lead the palliative care program at UPMC Western Maryland and later serve as Medical Director at Gilchrist/Greater Baltimore Medical Center (GBMC).
Throughout his career, Dr. Goldstein has cared for patients with medical needs ranging from routine preventive care to highly complex chronic illness. He has guided them through difficult health decisions by listening, understanding each patient's goals, and developing individualized treatment plans that improve both health and quality of life.
He founded his Direct Primary Care practice to provide compassionate, comprehensive care that emphasizes prevention, strong physician-patient relationships, and improving quality of life.
Compassion Beyond Medicine
Caring for patients throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as individuals facing serious and advanced illness, reinforced his belief that healing requires more than medical knowledge—it requires empathy, communication, and genuine human connection.
Those experiences continue to shape every patient interaction, ensuring that each individual is treated with dignity, respect, and compassion.
A Different Approach to Healthcare
After years of practicing in hospitals and large healthcare systems, Dr. Goldstein recognized that many patients were missing something fundamental—time with their physician. He founded his practice to create a different experience: one where appointments are never rushed, patients are truly heard, and medical decisions are made through partnership rather than paperwork.
His vision is to create a one-stop medical practice by providing many common primary care services in-house, reducing unnecessary referrals while improving convenience and continuity.
Personalized Primary Care
Dr. Goldstein believes that excellent medical care treats the whole person—not just a diagnosis. Over the years, he has come to appreciate that healing involves physical, emotional, mental, social, and spiritual well-being. The structure of his practice allows him the time to address these important aspects of health while building lasting relationships with his patients.
Aesthetic Medicine With Purpose
Dr. Goldstein believes that confidence and self-image are meaningful components of overall well-being. While cosmetic treatments are never a substitute for overall health and well-being, Dr. Goldstein has seen how feeling comfortable in one's appearance can positively influence confidence and quality of life.
Every Botox and dermal filler consultation is approached with the same honesty, safety, and individualized attention that defines his medical practice.
His goal is simple: to help patients look refreshed, feel confident, and become the best version of themselves.
Welcome
We are serving all patients 18 years and older.
Whether caring for a young adult managing a new medical condition or an older adult with multiple chronic illnesses, Dr. Goldstein's goal remains the same: to provide thoughtful, compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each patient's individual needs.
